Event Pricing
 To keep the Wildcat Lodge experience peaceful, private, and magical (read: no surprise run-ins during your vows or dinner), events that include outdoor meals, group gatherings, or larger celebrations—like weddings, retreats, or reunions—require renting both the Big Lodge and the Little Lodge. This gives your group full run of the property and ensures everyone can relax and enjoy without accidentally crashing someone else’s moment. Planning something smaller and more low-key? You’re welcome to rent just one home. The Big Lodge is ideal for groups under 30, and the Little Lodge is perfect for gatherings of fewer than 25. While the property can be shared, it’s best suited for quiet stays—big celebrations and shared space don’t mix well (no one wants to sip coffee in pajamas next to a surprise wedding reception). Bottom line: we want your experience to feel effortless, special, and exactly what you imagined—without awkward overlaps or unintended audience members.

Wedding Fee

Our wedding fee varies depending on the size of your celebration, ensuring you only pay for exactly what you need on your big day. Every package includes access to our wedding arch, string-light posts, and three gorgeous on-site ceremony locations. You’ll also receive a carefully curated list of local vendors and rental partners—your secret weapon for planning a beautiful event in this wonderfully remote, niche corner of the San Juans. No pressure at all to use our list—it’s simply there to make your life easier if you’d like a little extra help!
