Our entire property—complete with the 7-bedroom Large Lodge, the 5-bedroom Small Lodge, and our 5,000 sq. ft. Main Lodge—is fully off-grid. That means the peace and quiet your soul has been begging for is finally within reach… mostly because your cell phone won’t stand a chance out here. Consider yourself officially OOO (Out of Office).But don’t worry, we’re not that dramatic—Starlink runs throughout all buildings, so you can still check in, send photos, or brag to loved ones about how relaxed you suddenly are.
Our power is fueled by solar energy with automated generators that kick on whenever the batteries need a boost, so you never have to think twice about it. Your only job? Soak up all 47 acres of beauty: private creek and river access, quiet nature paths, and a property line that backs right up to national forest land. It’s remote in all the right ways—an experience unlike anything you’ve had before.
Sitting on a jaw-dropping 45-acre lot that cozies up to the San Juan National Forest in Wildcat Canyon, this place is adventure-ready year-round. It doubles as the perfect spot to slow down, unwind and breathe in that fresh mountain air that smells faintly of pine and freedom. In summer and fall, it moonlights as a working ranch with mules and horses hanging out just behind the lodge, along with wranglers and guides living their best ranch life.
